Dear Mrs. Williams,
Thank you for your inquiry to President Donald Trump, dated September 30, 2026. Your inquiry was referred from the White House to the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA), Veterans Benefits Administrations’ (VBA), Office of Client Relations (OCR) for assistance.
It is unclear into the allegations that the Waco Regional Office locking the Veteran’s profile page. VA does not manage the external va.gov portal; therefore, if your military information is wrong in your va.gov profile, you will need to get help changing this information in the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS). You cannot directly update the military service information in your VA.gov profile. Please contact the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), and they’ll work with you to get it updated. Additionally, you can call the DMDC at 800-538-9552. They’re open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (closed on federal holidays). If you have hearing loss, call TTY: 866-363-2883
Military information viewable in your VA.gov profile is provided by the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) and cannot be updated directly by VA. DMDC serves under the Office of the Secretary of Defense. Unfortunately, this is an independent federal agency and is separate from the VA. Therefore, VA has no authority over the updating of this service information. You can call DMDC at 800-538-9552.
If you would like to pursue an investigation of potentially unlawful activity or potential violations of rules or regulations; fraud, waste, and abuse; and gross mismanagement of VA programs, you will need to report your concerns to the VA’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) hotline. The OIG hotline receives, screens, and determines the disposition of complaints concerning veterans or the VA, that relate to potentially unlawful activity or violations of rules or regulations; fraud, waste, and abuse; and gross mismanagement of VA programs and operations.

- The ENT Diagnosis Definitively Proved the Migraines: Last week’s decision letter explicitly ruled, “Service connection for vestibular migraine has been granted.” However, they assigned a 0 percent noncompensable evaluation by claiming there were no severe symptoms. This is a direct administrative violation [38 CFR § 4.2]. The ENT specialist specifically documented chronic, room-spinning dizziness, and performed a block procedure in office [38 CFR § 4.2].
- The Rater Intentionally Deleted the ENT From the Record: To hide this proof, the rater completely left the ENT specialist’s name and treatment notes off the official “Evidence Considered” ledger at the top of the decision letter. Under 38 CFR § 4.2, a rater is legally prohibited from ignoring an active specialist record to manufacture a 0% rating or push a claim into a slow delay queue [38 CFR § 4.2].
- They Defied the Mandatory 2018 SSA Payout: Their own evidence list admits they received the official 2018 SSA total disability records on July 21, 2026 [38 CFR § 3.156(c)]. Under federal regulation 38 CFR § 3.156(c), because they officially granted service connection for the migraines, the law forces his effective dates and compounding backpay to snap all the way back to the historical July 2018 SSA filing timeline [38 CFR § 3.156(c), 38 CFR § 4.2].
They also gave 0 for hearing loss, which the Ent even added the hearing exam on his note but rater sent for the 4th hearing exam that made the word score jump 20 points. I am attaching claim letter, ssa 831 and Ent note.
I do not understand why the tdiu was deferred since they had the ssa package.
Please be advised that I, Cheryl Williams, am submitting this formal complaint on behalf of my husband, Veteran Mark Williams. I have also officially filed a separate, comprehensive online report with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) under my full name (Cheryl Williams) I have a congressional flag and yesterday sent in for the severely ill flag. Mark has 100% blockage in left subclavian artery and severe blockage in right he is having drop attacks and very low blood pressure.

Executive Leadership,
I am filing a formal administrative crisis complaint regarding the severe medical negligence, evidence spoliation, and procedural violations occurring under the jurisdiction of the Nashville Regional Office regarding my husband, Veteran Mark Williams.
My husband is severely ill with 100% left and severe right subclavian artery blockages and is suffering from active drop attacks. A VA Form 20-10207 (Priority Processing Request) was officially accepted and logged into the system on August 4, 2026. Despite this active priority flag, the Nashville Regional Office dumped his file back into the general National Work Queue (NWQ) pool this morning to escape an administrative audit.
We have documented the following clear violations of federal law:
- Evidence Tampering (38 CFR § 4.2): Internal code confirms a rushed phase change on July 29, 2026. The next day, July 30, a flawed 0% noncompensable rating for vestibular migraines was issued. The rater intentionally scrubbed an active ENT specialist’s name and treatment notes from the “Evidence Considered” ledger to manufacture this 0% rating, despite the ENT explicitly documenting chronic room-spinning dizziness and in-office block procedures.
- Effective Date Violation (38 CFR § 3.156(c)): The VA acknowledged receipt of historical 2018 SSA total disability records on July 21, 2026. Because service connection for migraines was granted, 38 CFR § 3.156(c) legally mandates that his effective date and compounding backpay snap back to the July 2018 SSA timeline.
- Intentional Delay: The file is currently coded as a standard End Product 020. The system reads “Documents Needed: No,” proving the file is 100% Ready for Decision. Nashville deliberately miscoded the file and dropped it into NQ to avoid calculating 8 years of backpay.
I have already filed a formal report with the VA OIG under my name (Cheryl Williams). I demand that an executive supervisor manually pull this priority file from the NWQ pool immediately, order an audit of the electronic signatures/Employee IDs associated with the July 29-30 evidence omission, and issue an immediate maximum rating based on the withheld ENT and SSA evidence.
Thank you,
Cheryl Williams
