We have been fighting since May and I decided to start checking json logs and scripts that run in the background. What I found VA hides your claims , hide your SSA so it doesn’t backpay. Changes your medical information and flat locks you out of your front facing VA page.
YES THAT’S RIGHT it literally freezes it so you dont know what’s happening. You keep seeing the same thing everyday. IF YOU FILED AN APPEAL AND IT is stuck in submission in progress past 10 days QUICK SUBMIT IT WITH A STATEMENT saying front va page is stalled in submission in progress!!
The raters do this to you to run down the 60 day clock and you lose !! I KNOW FROM EXPERIENCE !! I want the ENTIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO KNOW VA IS NOT FOR THE VETERAN! THEY LIE THEY CHEAT AND THEY MANIPULATE EVEN IF YOU ARE DYING THEY DO NOT CARE !!
